A mix of sun and cloud across P.E.I. today with wind becoming southeast 20 km/h this afternoon. Today’s high is -4 C, but with the wind chill it will feel like -12 C in the afternoon. The UV index is two or low.

It will be cloudy this evening with freezing rain beginning near midnight then changing to rain overnight. The expected rainfall amount is five millimetres. Southeast wind gusts up to 60 km/h near midnight is expected. The temperature will rise to 4 C by morning. Wind chill this evening will feel like -12 C.
