Last month I reached out and asked you to submit your “grown-up” art.
I promised to occasionally feature your weather-inspired works in our pages both in print and online.
I continue to meet “grown-ups” who have picked up crayons, pencils, markers or even paint brushes to find their focus. If you’ve recently discovered your artistic talent I’d like to feature your artwork on Weather By Day.
You can send a photo of a recent work of art along with a line or two about your inspiration or your reason for picking up the crayons after so many years, to email@example.com
Today’s featured artist is Lanna Peardon from Montague, P.E.I. She submitted her work a couple of weeks ago.
Here’s what Lanna had to say:
“Dear Cindy, I love to paint just about anything, for me it is a time to relax! How more fitting than my painting of lobster boats for setting day on Monday!
Thank you for this wonderful opportunity for us to be able to share our grown-up art!!
