SUMMERSIDE: You'll need sunscreen and a toque

Despite the March sun, it’s colder than it should be across the province and we can blame it on the wind. The fresh westerly breeze is coming around to the NW behind the last in a series of cold fronts; I’ll keep the wind chill chart handy until midweek. By Thursday that wind will back to the south and temperatures will start to climb. We can expect more cloud than sunshine with showers but it will be warmer than normal for the final weekend of March. Temperatures are expected to return to seasonal values early next week…
