SUMMERSIDE: Lots of sunshine for the final week of summer

A cold front attached to a wet weather maker off Newfoundland’s east coast will sweep down across the region tonight. There’ll be rain close to the low and a few showers across Cape Breton and PEI. Mother Nature is not going to play favourites tomorrow and everyone will be treated to a very cool north wind. The fall breeze comes on the leading edge of a large fair-weather system that promises lots of sunshine.
