SAINT JOHN, N.B. – Jordan Spence scored his first goal of his Quebec Major Junior Hockey League career Sunday in Saint John, N.B., but his Moncton Wildcats lost 5-4 to the Sea Dogs.

The 17-year-old Cornwall native also had an assist in the game while Summerside native Jeremy McKenna had three assists.

Elliot Desnoyers scored twice and Dylan Seitz added one in the loss.

Rookie Josh Lawrence scored a hat trick in the win while Jeremie Jacob and Maxim Cajkovic had singles.

Moncton led 2-0 after the first period but trailed 4-3 heading to the third.
