OYSTER BED BRIDGE, P.E.I. – For the first time since 2012, the Oyster Bed Speedway hosts two Parts for Trucks Pro Stock Tour events.
The tour released its schedule Monday and the Speedway received 150-lap races Saturday, June 30, and Saturday, Aug. 4.
It’s two of 12 Maritime stops on the tour in 2018. It’s the 18th season for the circuit, which kicks off the racing year Victoria Day weekend at Petty International Raceway in River Glade, N.B.
Petty and Riverside International Speedway near Antigonish, N. S., each host three events.
This season, all feature races are a minimum of 150 laps and there will also be four extended distance races, including the IWK 250 on Saturday, July 14, at Riverside.
