Race season begins at Sydney Speedway this weekend

SYDNEY, N.S. — Racing will begin for the season at Sydney Speedway this weekend with events scheduled for today and Sunday at the Grand Lake Road facility.

On Saturday, eight races are scheduled, beginning at 4 p.m.

The races will feature  Bandolero Heats, Street Stock Heats, Legend Heats, ECMST Heats, Bandolero national qualifier, Street Stock feature, legend national qualifier, and the ECMST Veterans for Healing.

The same lineup will take to the track on Sunday, beginning at 12 p.m. Demolition and Endurance events are also scheduled for Sunday's lineup.
