ELIOT RIVER – Madelyn MacPherson recorded the shutout as the visiting Summerside United edged the Eliot River Ramblers 2-0.
The Subway P.E.I. Under-13 Girls Soccer League (Premier Division) contest was played recently.
Jessica Thibeau and Annie Pier Morency provided goals for the United.
Summerside’s next game is against the Winsloe/Charlottetown Royals at Eric Johnston Field on Wednesday, May 30. Start time is listed for 7:15 p.m.
