SUMMERSIDE, P.E.I. — The Summerside D. Alex MacDonald Ford Western Capitals are in New Brunswick this weekend for a pair of game against division rivals.

The Caps (21-3-0-1) play the Fredericton Red Wings (12-9-1-0) Saturday at 7 p.m. and the Edmundston Blizzard (15-6-1-1) Sunday at 3 p.m.

Fredericton snapped the Caps’ 13-game win streak with a 5-4 shootout victory on Saturday, Nov. 30, in Summerside.

The Capitals, ranked seventh in the Canadian Junior Hockey League this week, return to home ice on Saturday, Dec. 14, when they host the Miramichi Timberwolves.
