CHARLOTTETOWN, P.E.I. — Red Shores and harness racing officials have called off the race program at Red Shores Racetrack and Casino at the Charlottetown Driving Park on Saturday due to forecasted snow and wind conditions for Prince Edward Island.
A make-up card will be scheduled for Sunday, Dec. 8. Post time will be noon.
