SUMMERSIDE, P.E.I. — East Wiltshire Intermediate School will be the site of this year’s P.E.I. School Athletic Association intermediate AA volleyball championships this weekend.

The five-time defending champions, Stonepark Tigers, Queen Charlotte Coyotes, Kensington Torchettes and Summerside Intermediate School Owls will battle for the girls’ title.
Defending-champion Queen Charlotte, East Wiltshire Warriors, Summerside Intermediate and Birchwood Cobras will compete for the boys’ crown.
The semifinals will be played Friday and the medal games will take place Saturday. Following are the schedules:
Friday
2 p.m. –
Boys: Birchwood vs. East Wiltshire.
3:45 p.m. – Girls: Stonepark vs. Kensington.
5:30 p.m. – Boys: Summerside Intermediate vs. Queen Charlotte.
7:15 p.m. – Girls: Summerside Intermediate vs. Queen Charlotte.
Saturday
10 a.m. –
Boys: Bronze-medal match.
11:45 a.m. – Girls: Bronze-medal match.
1:30 p.m. – Boys: Gold-medal match.
3:15 p.m. – Girls: Gold-medal match.
