KENSINGTON, P.E.I. — The Kensington Monaghan Farms Wild will have to wait a little longer to return to Credit Union Centre ice for game action.
The Wild’s home game against the Bathurst, N.B.-based Northern Moose on Saturday has been postponed due to restrictions on the Confederation Bridge. The game will be rescheduled for a later date.
The Wild has not played a home game since Nov. 2 and is currently scheduled to play only once in Kensington before Christmas. That is on Dec. 21 against the Fredericton Caps.
Kensington, which sits second in the six-team New Brunswick/P.E.I. Major Midget Hockey League at 9-4-2 (won-lost-tied), is scheduled to visit the first-place Moncton Flyers (16-1-0) on Sunday afternoon.
