SUMMERSIDE, P.E.I. — Adam Casey is returning to the Tim Hortons Brier.

The Seven Mile Bay native is the second stone with the Jason Gunnlaugson rink, which defeated Mike McEwen 7-4 in the Manitoba provincial final on Sunday.

Casey is the out-of-province player with Team Gunnlaugson that rinks are allowed.

Casey will join Ryan Fry as the only curlers to represent four different provinces at the Canadian men’s curling championship. Casey previously represented Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland and Labrador and Saskatchewan.

Fry has worn the Newfoundland and Labrador, Manitoba, Northern Ontario and Ontario colours at the Brier.

The 2020 Brier takes place from Feb. 29 to March 8 in Kingston, Ont.
