CRAPAUD, P.E.I. — Brett Arsenault’s three-goal performance led the Central Attack to a 5-1 road win over the Mid-Isle Matrix in the P.E.I. Major Bantam AAA Hockey League recently.

The Charlottetown-based Attack improved to 10-4-0 (won-lost-tied) and moved into a first-place with the Pownal-based Eastern Express (10-2-0). Matrix fell to 2-12-1.
At the South Shore Actiplex in Crapaud, Victor Steele (1-1) and Thatcher Hughes also scored for the Attack. Landon Perry, Nathan Mossey and Luke Coughlin all contributed two assists.
Cam Taylor, assisted by Graysen LaPorte, netted Mid-Isle’s lone goal.
The Attack built period leads of 2-0 and 5-1.
Thomas MacAdam earned the goaltending win and Tyler Rogers tended goal for Mid-Isle.
