KENSINGTON, P.E.I. — A second-half goal by Ava Kennedy proved to be the difference for the Winsloe/Charlottetown Royals in a Subway P.E.I. Under-13 Girls Soccer League (Second Division) game.

The Royals pulled out a 2-1 victory over host Kensington at Queen Elizabeth Elementary School on Thursday night.
The Royals’ Hailey Feehan and Cassandra Sampson of Kensington exchanged first-half goals.
