CHARLOTTETOWN, P.E.I. - Colin Van Den Hurk tied it up and Hunter Drew finished it off as the Charlottetown Islanders scored a 3-2 overtime win versus the Quebec Remparts Thursday in Quebec City.

The Remparts led 2-1 heading into the third period on power-play goals by Pier Olivier Lacombe and Andrew Coxhead, but Van Den Hurk connected at 14:02 from Brendon Clavelle and Drew and tied things 2-2.

It stayed that way until Drew's shot from the slot beat Quebec goalie Kyle Jessiman 1:13 into OT. Daniel Hardie notched his second assist on the night. Drew also drew a second assist on Jordan Mahar's second period goal.

Remparts assists went to Philipp Kurashev, Luke Kutkevicius and former Islanders forward Matther Grouchy.
