TYNE VALLEY, P.E.I. — The Tyne Valley Tornadoes split a pair of road games in the P.E.I. Bantam A Female Hockey League recently.

At the Cavendish Farms Wellness Centre in Montague, the league-leading Montague Norsemen edged Tyne Valley 2-1.
Julie Van de Wiel scored both Montague goals while Sophie McNally added an assist.
Madison Annand, assisted by Madelyn Powers, replied for the Tornadoes.
Michaela Taylor was the winning goaltender.

Three-point effort
At the Gateway Arena in Borden-Carleton, Emma Coughlin had a goal and two assists to lead the Tornadoes to a 4-2 win over the East Prince Wildcats.
Jaelynn Oatway (1-1), Madison Powers and Amelia DesRoche also scored for Tyne Valley. Powers, and Madison Barlow also earned assists.
Kiana Clow and Maya MacEwen replied for East Prince. Emma Ellsworth and Claire Keough added assists.
Winning goaltender was Keira Millar.
