SAINT JOHN, N.B. – Charlie DesRoches of Days Corner scored his third goal in his rookie season in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League on Sunday.
DesRoches, a defenceman with the Saint John Sea Dogs, closed out the game’s scoring at 18:33 of the third period in a 9-2 loss to the visiting Cape Breton Screaming Eagles.
DesRoches has four points in 13 regular-season games.
