CHARLOTTETOWN – The Charlottetown Bulk Carriers Pride got back on the winning track Saturday night.

The Pride built period leads of 3-0 and 4-1, before holding on to defeat the Northern Moose 5-4 at the K.C. Irving Regional Centre in Bathurst, N.B.
Five different players – Noah Griffin (1-1), Nigel Morris, Hunter Bradley, Ed McNeill and Sam McNeill – scored for the Pride, who improved to 7-9-1 (won-lost-overtime losses). Jacob Squires (2), Alex Graham (2), Dylan Matthews (2), Reid Vos and Max Chisholm contributed assists as Charlottetown snapped a five-game losing streak.
Marc-Andre Gaudet (2), Alexis Babin and Cole Augustine countered for the Moose (1-21-0).
Winning goaltender Jonah Arbing made 28 saves.
The Pride is scheduled to host the Fredericton Caps (7-9-2) on Sunday at 1:45 p.m.
