CHARLOTTETOWN – Kalim DesRoches scored once and assisted on another goal to lead the Western Regals to a 3-1 road win over the Central Attack on Wednesday night.
The P.E.I. Midget AAA Hockey League game was played at MacLauchlan Arena on the UPEI campus.
Tristan Cahill and Connor Horne also scored for the Regals, who improved to 8-11-5 (won-lost-tied). Jesse Hackett, Chandler DesRoches and James Doyle chipped in with single helpers.
Dylan MacDonald, assisted by Tyler Hashmi, netted the lone goal for the Attack (9-16-1).

The first period was scoreless, and the Regals took a 2-0 advantage into the second intermission.
Colin Gaudette earned the goaltending win. Alex Frangos was between the pipes for the Attack.
