CRAPAUD – Three unanswered third-period goals sent the Mid-Isle Matrix to a 5-2 win over the Prince County Warriors in a P.E.I. Major Bantam AAA Hockey League game on Sunday.
Graysen LaPorte (2), Ryan MacDonald, Spencer Toole and Liam Wood scored for the Matrix, who hosted the game at the South Shore Actiplex in Crapaud. Brennan Murphy and Jacob Doucette added assists as the Matrix improved to 2-10-0 (won-lost-tied).

Carson MacArthur and Edmund Perry answered for the Warriors (4-8-0). Xavier Dalton had an assist.
The first period was scoreless, and the teams were tied 2-2 at the end of two.
Noah Visser collected the win between the pipes.
