CHARLOTTETOWN – Three different players scored two goals for the Sherwood-Parkdale A&S Scrap Metal Metros in a 6-4 win over the Arsenault’s Fish Mart Western Red Wings on Monday night.
The Metros hosted the Island Junior Hockey League game at Cody Banks Arena.
Nick Currie led the Metros with two goals and two assists. Pat McGuigan scored twice and assisted on another while Zach Ladner netted a brace. Jordan Birt (2), Logan Toole (2) and Taylor Runighan added assists as the second-place Metros improved to 16-13-1 (won-lost-overtime losses).

Lucas Beaulieu scored two goals to lead the league-leading Red Wings (17-8-2). Dawson Sellick and Silas Handrahan added single goals while helpers were credited to Calvin McRae (2), Chasse Gallant (2), Jason Gallant, Abel Arsenault and Curklan Fraser.
The Red Wings led 2-1 after the first period, but the teams entered the second intermission tied 3-3.
Sam Walsh earned the goaltending win over Bronson Banks.
