FREDERICTON, N.B. — The Charlottetown Gaudet’s Auto Body Islanders lost 5-1 to the Fredericton Royals Saturday in the opening game of their New Brunswick Senior Baseball League quarter-final.
Game 2 in the best-of-final series goes Sunday at 2 p.m. at Memorial Field.

Kaleb Bowman was the winning pitcher while Jake Beck took the loss.
