SUMMERSIDE, P.E.I. — Carter Ripley ignited the offence for the Summerside Team Two Township Chevys in a come-from-behind victory in the P.E.I. Midget A Baseball League.

The Chevys overcame a 6-4 deficit en route to a 9-6 win over the host Charlottetown Royals at Memorial Field.
Ripley posted a 2-for-3 batting summary, including a double, run scored and two runs batted in. Owen Dowling (run batted in) and Brenden Wilson each went 1-for-2 for Summerside.
Fin Carragher, John Clark and Zack Hammill all had singles for the Royals.
Selena Ford had a solid performance on the mound, striking out six over 4 1/3 innings to earn the pitching win. Cameron Murray recorded the final two outs for the save.
Clark and Hammill pitched for Charlottetown.
