KINKORA – Grayson Laporte sparked the Mid-Isle Mustangs’ offence in a 13-3 victory over the Summerside Chevys in the P.E.I. Peewee AAA Baseball League on Tuesday evening.
Laporte went 3-for-4 at the plate, including a double and triple. Winning pitcher Josh O’Neill also helped his own cause by going 2-for-2, including a double.
MacKenzie DesRoches and Caleb Gallant each went 2-for-3 at the dish to pace the Summerside attack.
Owen Jones was the pitcher of record for the Chevys.
