Gallant went 3-for-3, with a double, to lead the Chevys to a 7-3 win over the Stratford Athletics in a P.E.I. Bantam AA Baseball League game at Queen Elizabeth Park’s Legends Field in Summerside recently.
Winning pitcher Parker Gallant (2-3, double), Kalib Snow (2-2), Nick Blanchard (2-2) and Connor Murphy (2-2) all had multiple-hit games.
Ben Bassett (1-1), Lucas Proude (1-3), Luke Garnhum (1-3) and Josh McIsaac (1-3) were Stratford’s top hitters.
Kevin Byrne took the pitching loss.
