FREDERICTON, N.B. – Morell’s Stephen Anderson is the Subway Atlantic University Sport male athlete of the week.
The fourth-year forward with the UNB Varsity Reds hockey team recorded a pair of two-goal games in road victories. He had the winner and added an assist in Friday’s 5-1 win over St. FX and then potted two more goals Saturday in a 5-1 victory at Dalhousie.
The Reds are 12-0-2 this season to sit atop the conference standings.
Dal swimmer Isabel Sarty was the female athlete of the week.
