The P.E.I. government is having trouble deciding on a carbon tax.
The prime minister stated two years ago that all provinces were to institute a carbon tax by Jan. 1, 2018, adding that if a province failed to do so, the federal government would do it for them.
I recommend that the Province of P.E.I. allow the federal government to impose the tax and we shall see how our four members of Parliament react.
