Jean Borthwick Profitt

The death occurred peacefully at the South Shore Villa, Crapaud, P.E.I. on Thursday, October 11th, 2018, of Jean Borthwick Profitt (nee Myers) of Crapaud, age 88 years. Jean was born in Charlottetown to her late parents Frank and Florence Myers and lived in Calgary, AB for 40 years. She was employed with Greyhound Lines of Canada for 36 of those years. Beloved wife of the late Dean Profitt. Survived by her brother Sheldon (Marilyn) Myers of Crapaud. Also lovingly remembered by niece Donna Myers (Dave Hanson), Pownal; nephews Ron (Donna) MacKinnon, Crapaud; Jack (predeceased) (Connie) MacKinnon, Crapaud; Larry (Cindy) MacKinnon, Hampton; Randy (Levita) Myers, Crapaud; and Kevin Profitt of Calgary, AB, along with several grand nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her sister and brother-in-law Fran (Doug) MacKinnon and brother and sister-in-law Lea (Agnes) Profitt. Resting at the Dawson Funeral Home, Crapaud until Saturday October 13th, then to St. John's Anglican Church, Crapaud, for funeral service at 3 p.m. Officers and members of Crystal Chapter #1, O.E.S. will hold a memorial service at the Church at 2:30 p.m. No visiting hours by personal request.
