Charles Leslie “Les” Homans

The death occurred, with his loving wife of 69 years by his side, at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside, on Thursday, June 13, 2019, of Leslie “Les” Homans, of Summerside, aged 93 years. Veteran of the Second World War. Born in Derby, England, he was the son of the late Charles and Alice (Tivey) Homans. Survived by his wife Joan (Hamp) Homans; children Linda (Howard) Smith and Stephen (Joanne) Homans; grandchildren Jennifer (Jason) Arsenault, Cheryl (Tim) Brewer and Christopher Homans (Brittany Noonan); great-grandchildren Adella and Katherine; and by his sister Vera Locker. Resting at the Moase Funeral Home, Summerside, where funeral service will be held on Monday at 1:30 p.m. Interment in Peoples Cemetery, Summerside.
