SUMMERSIDE, P.E.I. — Ernest Joseph McRae, 58, of Tignish has pleaded guilty to one count of fishing for lobster in Lobster Fishing Area 26a during a closed time.

The charge is from Sept. 21, 2018 in waters off P.E.I.

McRae was fined $3,000 and must forfeit 10 lobster traps with ropes and buoys.
