SUMMERSIDE, P.E.I. – Jason Ernest Gallant, 42, of Central Bedeque has pleaded guilty to one count of breaching a court undertaking.

The charge is from June 2 in Summerside.

Gallant was given a suspended sentence, ordered to serve 12 months of probation and must pay a $100 victim surcharge.
