SUMMERSIDE, P.E.I. – Ashley Bernetta Bridges, 31, of Central Bedeque has pleaded to one count of assault.

The charge is from April 6, in Central Bedeque.

Bridges was given a suspended sentence, ordered to serve 12 months of probation and must pay a $11 victim surcharge.
