SUMMERSIDE, P.E.I. — A 19-year-old Summerside man has received jail time after pleading guilty to a number of charges.

Graydon James Hearn pleaded guilty to one count of breaching his probation order, one count of possession of stolen property, two counts of failing to appear in court as required, two counts of possession of a controlled Schedule 1 substance, cocaine and hydromorphone.

He was sentenced to serve 42 days in jail but was given credit for six days he’d already spent in custody since his arrest.
