Summerside man gets jail time, probation for impaired driving

SUMMERSIDE, P.E.I. — Peter Laurence Quigley, 49, of Summerside has pleaded guilty to one count of impaired driving.

The charge is from Jan. 19 in Summerside.

Quigley was sentenced to serve three days in jail and must remain on probation until the time is served. He must also pay a $1,500 fine and is prohibited from driving for 12 months.
