SUMMERSIDE, P.E.I. — Matthew Kevin Rogers, 29, of Summerside has pleaded guilty to one count of breaking and entering into a Slemon Park home and one count of possession of a stolen vehicle, valued at less than $5,000.
The charges are from Jan. 28 and Feb. 21 in Summerside.
Rogers was sentenced to serve 90 days in jail and 12 months of probation. He also received credit for the equivalent of nine days he has already spent in custody since his arrest. He must also provide a DNA sample to the national criminal database.
