SUMMERSIDE, P.E.I. — Michael Joseph MacAusland, 25, of Sherbrooke has pleaded guilty to one count of breaching a probation order, one count of breaching a court undertaking and one count of failing to attend court as required. 

MacAusland was sentenced to serve 40 days in jail and must pay a $100 victim surcharge. 

The charges are from April 11, Aug. 6 and Sept. 13 in Summerside and Sherbrooke.
