CHARLOTTETOWN, P.E.I. — Two heavy equipment operators prepare the area where the plaza/main entrance of the new Charlottetown Library Learning Centre will be located.
Plans also call for a new glass addition to go on the front of the building, which faces Queen Street.
The centre will occupy the ground floor of the former Dominion Building and is expected to be completed by this fall.
