Reopening of Charlottetown City Hall tentatively scheduled for June 1

CHARLOTTETOWN, P.E.I. — Charlottetown City Hall and the planning and heritage office are tentatively scheduled to reopen to the public Monday, June 1.

The public will be asked to maintain physical distancing and other restrictions may apply. Signage will be posted at each location.

A further announcement will be made with additional details prior to June 1.

City Hall and its administrative offices are now operating on summer hours until October.

During this time, business hours will be Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Regular monthly council meetings will take place at 5 p.m., year-round. Live streaming of those meetings is accessible via the city’s website at Charlottetown.ca/video.

The meeting calendar, agendas and council meeting packages are also available online under the mayor and council section of the city’s website.
