SAVAGE HARBOUR, P.E.I. — Queens District RCMP is asking for the public’s help in providing information regarding the theft and damage of a vehicle.
During the early morning of Nov. 9, a grey 2015 four-door Ford Escape SE with P.E.I. licence plate 067L6 was stolen from a yard in Savage Harbour.
The vehicle was returned sometime overnight to the same location, but when the owners went to use the vehicle the next morning, they noticed extensive damage that had not been there the night before and reported the situation to police.
Anyone who may have observed this vehicle on the road or may have information regarding this incident is asked to contact the RCMP at 902-368-9300 or by calling Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS).
