CHARLOTTETOWN, P.E.I. — A 38-year-old Charlottetown woman faces several charges following an arrest last month.
The Charlottetown Police Street Crime Unit have laid charges as a result of an Oct. 29 arrest where a quantity of speed pills (methamphetamine), cash and other drug paraphernalia were seized.
The woman has been charged under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act with two counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking.
The accused will appear in provincial court at a later date.
