CHARLOTTETOWN, P.E.I. — A 39-year-old Charlottetown woman has been charged after police responded to a complaint of a possible impaired driver on Mount Edward Road at 8 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 17.
The vehicle was located and pulled over on the Kensington Road.
Charlottetown police determined the woman was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently charged with refusing to provide a breath sample.
She will appear in provincial court at a later date.
