CHARLOTTETOWN, P.E.I. — A 34-year-old Charlottetown man faces charges after being located by police for an assault that took place on Nov. 18.
On Nov. 18, Charlottetown police responded to a complaint of two unwanted people in a residential property on Queen Street.
Prior to police arrival, an assault between one of the people and the property manager ensued.
On Nov. 27, the Charlottetown Police Services Street Crime Unit located and arrested the suspect.
He has been charged with break and enter, assault causing bodily harm, fail to comply with a release order and breach of probation.
The accused has been remanded in custody and will appear in provincial court at a later date.
