CHARLOTTETOWN, P.E.I. — A 32-year-old Charlottetown man has been charged after he was caught driving drunk.
While on routine patrol at about 9 p.m. March 6, Charlottetown police officers observed a vehicle driving on Hillsborough Street with no lights on.
The vehicle was pulled over on Great George Street and the driver displayed signs of being impaired by alcohol and was arrested.
He was subsequently charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle and will appear in provincial court at a later date.
