CHARLOTTETOWN, P.E.I. — A 61-year-old Charlottetown man has been charged with drunk driving after breath sample he provided were three times the legal limit.
On Wednesday, Feb. 12 at 7:05 p.m., Charlottetown police responded to a complaint of an erratic driver on Riverside Drive.
The suspect vehicle was located, and police conducted a traffic stop.
The officer determined the driver displayed signs of impairment by alcohol and was arrested and subsequently charged with impaired driving.
The accused will appear in provincial court at a later date.
