CHARLOTTETOWN, P.E.I. — A 29-year-old Charlottetown man faces charges after police responded to a call Tuesday morning of a suspicious man in a back yard on Hunt Avenue.
Upon arrival, police located the man in possession of several items that had been stolen out of a shed on the property.
The man was arrested and subsequently charged with break and enter and breach of probation.
He was remanded in custody and will appear in provincial court on Wednesday.
