A QEH ceilidh will be held this evening at the Murray River Hall, in support of the 2019 Queen Elizabeth Hospital Equipment Drive.

Put on by the Village and Area Ceilidh Group, the music gets underway at 7 p.m. The funds raised this year will go towards a new CT scanner for the hospital.

Entertainers include Jamie O’Brian, Billy Hayter, Norman Stewart, Mary Lou MacLure, Vince Keoughan, Len Buell, Edna MacMaster, Wayne MacLean, Urban Chaisson, Colton Matheson, Lewis Penny, Andy Clarey, James Hopper and Wendy Jackson.

The master of ceremonies is Errol MacLure.

Admission is by donation with receipts available. There will be a 50/50 draw, and food donations for lunch are appreciated, as well as items for an auction.
