There are no longer any active weather warnings in effect for Prince Edward Island.
Environment Canada ended its winter storm warning for Prince County as of 3:45 p.m. Wednesday, saying storm conditions are no longer expected in the area.
At the same time, the weather agency also ended a special weather stament regarding possible ice rafting that was still in effect for both Prince and Queens counties. Winds have now shifted to the point where ice rafting is no longer expected.
As of 11:30 a.m., Environment Canada has ended all warnings and statements for Kings county, and ended the wind warning for Queens County.

At one point Tuesday night, there were about 6,100 Maritime Electric customers without power, but by 3:30 a.m. most had power restored. By around 6 a.m. there were only four customers without power.
That changed mid-morning when there was a big outage in the Duncan Heights area just above Stonepark school in Charlottetown. It affected 99 customers, putting the total customers without power mid-morning at around 111. Power was also restored in that area by the afternoon.
Schools on P.E.I. were either closed for the day, or were under a one-hour delay. All classes were cancelled for the day in the Westisle, Three Oaks, Kensington, and Kinkora families of schools.
All other families of schools were on a one-hour delay.
The Confederation Bridge was open to all traffic as of 4 p.m.
On P.E.I. today, early morning temperatures ranged from a high of +2.8 in East Point, to a low of -0.7 in Maple Plains.
