Charlottetown, P.E.I. - The City of Charlottetown's Public Works Department plans to de-ice and clear snow tonight.

Motorists are advised that winter parking restrictions will be enforced throughout the city Monday night at the discretion of Charlottetown Police Services.

Anyone parking on City streets is taking a risk that they may be ticketed or towed.
