UPDATE: Hells Angels prospect member will be back in court March 5 on uttering threats charge

Yesterday, members of the RCMP Federal Investigation Unit arrested and charged 29-year-old Corey Falls of Charlottetown for uttering threats, breach of undertaking and obstruction of justice.

Falls is alleged to have uttered the threat via text message to a victim on Feb. 14 this year. The obstruction charge is alleged to have occurred on Feb. 26.

The RCMP say in a report that Falls is a member of the Prince Edward Island Hells Angels prospect club.

Falls appeared in provincial court in Charlottetown Tuesday afternoon, and the matter was adjourned until Monday, March 5.
